Instant Pot Braised Short Ribs
Instant Pots are great for making flavorful dishes in a short amount of time.
- Add the red wine into the pan to deglaze, then add the mixture to the Instant Pot. Arrange the mushrooms, carrots, and onions on top of the meat.
- For a thicker sauce, remove the short ribs and vegetables and set to saute mode. Simmer until you reach your desired thickness. Add salt and pepper to taste if needed.
