1-2lbs precooked pork tenderloin or roast, sliced to desired size and thickness
3 tbsp. Jovian Pantry V Spice Seasoning
4 tbsp. Hoisin sauce
1 stalk of scallions, chopped
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. sesame oil
- Preheat the pan and add regular cooking oil and scallions, cook until scallions are wilted.
- Add in Hoisin sauce and V Spice Seasoning and stir until sauce begins to bubble, then throw in the sliced pork and mix well until all the pork is covered with sauce and spices.
Use this char siu on top of instant ramen noodles, rice or in a baguette with some pickled veggies and cilantro. An easy, authentic and delicious way to make a meal.
