Returns Policy

Due to safety concerns, we do not accept returns on food products. If there is an issue with your order please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery. Please include your order number in your query for a quicker response.

For non-food items, to be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, which may take up to 10 business days to process. If after confirming the refund has not been received after 10 business days please contact us again and we will investigate the issue.

Sale items

Items purchased during a sale or with a coupon code will be refunded the discounted amount.

Shipping returns

We do not accept returns on food products under any circumstances. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping for any non-food products they wish to return. Shipping costs are non-refundable and are not eligible as part of the refund request.

Please contact us regarding any product issues before shipping a return. Any return items we receive without prior authorization will not be refunded.
